This Privacy Policy describes how JSC Agrotreidas group ("we", "us", "our"), provider of the Portline TMS service ("the Service"), processes personal data. We act as the data controller for the personal data we process.

2. What data we collect — categories of personal data
- Account data — name, work email, password hash, organisation membership and role.
- Operational data — content you enter into the Service.
- Usage data — log entries about how the Service is used (with consent for non-essential analytics).
- Communications data — messages you send us.
3. Purposes — how we use it
- To provide the Service and authenticate users (legal basis: contract).
- To secure the Service, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations (legal basis: legitimate interest / legal obligation).
- To respond to demo, sales and support requests (legal basis: legitimate interest).

4. Sharing
- Processors / sub-processors — hosting, database, email delivery and analytics providers, all bound by data-processing agreements.
- Paddle.com Market Limited (Merchant of Record) — Paddle handles checkout, billing, tax compliance, invoicing, refunds and payment-related customer support. - Professional advisers — legal, accounting and audit firms under confidentiality.
- Authorities — where required by law or to protect our rights.
We do not sell personal data.
5. Retention
Account and operational data are retained for the duration of the customer relationship and afterwards as required by law (typically up to 10 years for accounting records). Usage data is kept for shorter periods aligned with security and audit needs.

Subject to applicable law (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to object to certain processing.
